At Onio we seek people who believe in using ‘design thinking’ to impact brands, business and communities. Though design-driven, we believe in blending diverse skills and knowledge to build a team that delivers large-scale impact on innovation projects.
At Onio, you come face-to-face with a vault of opportunities. We work on projects across many verticals and have clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 clientele. Based on your inclination and strengths you get to work on a range of projects from product design to design research to innovation strategy consulting.
Our work entails working on collaborative projects involving a lot of interdisciplinary team work. We appreciate an eclectic mix of knowledge and people from a wide range of backgrounds work together at Onio. Our organizational structure is flat and we believe in easy accessibility to principals and directors. Integrity, honesty and a strong work ethic is what you experience.
Internships
The true test of knowledge learnt in the classroom is always in the real world. Onio offers internship opportunities to deserving students from India and foreign countries. In past, students from design schools, management colleges, architecture and engineering institutions have interned with us. Students from NID, IDC, SPA, IITs, MIT, CEPT, SPA, JJ, Symbiosis, Delft (Netherlands), Aalto University (Finland) are regular fixtures at Onio. We welcome newer education institutes to approach us for internships.
Besides art and design stream, we also welcome students from business management, sociology, psychology and broader humanities background to intern at Onio.
We typically offer 4 months to 6 months internships to students and professionals. Please send us your portfolio (not more than 5 MB in size) and a brief write-up about yourself and how you will benefit from a stint at Onio.
