1. Tomorrow's Hottest Design Houses - an article published in Business World, December 2005 edition - cited Onio Design Pvt. Ltd. as one of the top 10 design firms on the forefront of design, in the emerging Indian economy.

2. Onio's work for Lexi Pens found its mention in the third Business World-NID Design Awards, in the office-products category.

3. Business Innovation Insider: Niti Bhan writes on booming innovation scenario in India and names Onio as one of the three biggest design studios in the country

Product Design & Engineering | HPCL  
Hindustan Petroleum, the public-sector petro-major of India, approached Onio to improvise their retail-identity elements such as their signature pylons, desking space on the island etc. Onio's biggest achievement was the huge cost reduction in the pylon construction through engineering re-design, adding safety to the attendants and the regulating of traffic through improvised layout.
Exhibition Design | R&DE 
Held at Saakhar Sankul Ground, Pune, the exhibition was to create an awareness of the latest developments at R&DE, the research lab for Indian Defence. RD&E works on technology used in war as well as for disaster management. Onio's brief was to work out messaging, corporate film, brochures and exhibition design. On the design front, multi-usability of the exhibition panels was an important driver for design to enable it for use in other exhibitions, display in offices etc. The challenge was to come up with one common language - to be reflected in the back drop of large size military equipments.

Corporate Identity Design | Astarc  
A name and identity was to be created for an industrial group that is expanding exponentially in the engineering business. Onio was to come up with a name that was not "limited" by its connotation i.e. allowing the client to denote a grand philosophy and perfection rather than a specific area of work. Integrated Branding | TMT  
A TATA group company dedicated to vehicle telematics (tracking) solutions, TMT's brief to Onio was to help them in honing their positioning and evolving complete marketing communications i.e. website ( ), business vertical wise brochures, direct mailers, gifts, product packaging etc.
